Quarterly sales are those made within a 3-month cycle. We will track customers who you’ve influenced to make a purchase by following the personalized code(s) provided. So, it’s important that you remind customers to use your personalized codes. Also, total sales that you make personally will count as quarterly sales for further rewards as well. It’s a win-win!

We’re all juggling several jobs in a day and appreciate any time dedicated to growing the brand. The easiest way to earn rewards and satisfy the tiered requirements is to simply wear the item. If you wear a signature body shirt, add a statement purse, or wear any of our items to work, on vacation, or over the weekend just take a selfie and submit a photo that you approve to: theavenirway@gmail.com.

To promote, simply add the #theavenirway to any social-media platform and we will see your post. Remember to ask individuals to follow, like, and share your post.

The easiest way to review new followers that you’ve influenced is for followers to use your post to share on their social-media page. Once this is reviewed, all new followers are tracked by the social-media post or tag that appears on their page using the unique post you’ve created. For example. I’m a Silver member and I created a unique post that says:

Hi, I’m Dee (add your greeting), a Brand Ambassador for a The Avenir Way. Are you looking for a new handbag with style and an intentional brand with purpose, check out this tote on www.theavenirway.com then like and share this add (#theavenirway) on your Instagram page to share the word.

All new followers will join the Instagram page, then like and share your post. This will be monitored and tracked daily.

Each member will receive a profile card that will ask you to select a few preferences for selected items. Profile cards will also ask you for your size, preferred color choice, etc. We will do our best to select items from the priorities chosen.

Each member will receive a monthly report that will capture all credits, the names of new followers, and any credits and/or promotions. This report will also notify members of activity

concerns. Each quarter you will receive a quarterly report that will communicate your status.

We understand that things happen, and life is demanding for everyone. The only way that a member will be removed is if unethical or negative postings or discussions that undermine the brand are noted. Nevertheless, a member’s status can be paused if the requirements are not met for more than a month as outlined. For example, if you’re a silver member and you posted as noted but did not get 10 new followers in one quarter, you're fine. However, any instances that occur for two or more quarters will result in a pause of your silver membership status. We will still consider you a part of our family, and you can choose to become a bronze member or remain a paused silver member without the benefits, but you will retain your status until you are ready.

Additionally, when you complete your profile card, you can provide your size and preferred color choices. We'll do our best to select items that match your preferences. Each member acknowledges and agrees to allow The Avenir Way to use images provided on social-media, websites, and promotional campaigns. Also, please note that images sent may be edited for clarity and quality of image purposes only. Furthermore, major campaign projects that require the use of large or various images will be discussed during our company planning sessions and/or individually before approved.
