FAQ's

Shipping

Processing times may vary Depending on the location of the vendor and items chosen. Some items will process and ship within the normal time of 5-7 business days. However, please note that other items (e.g., such as dresses, jumpsuits, etc.,) may require 14-21 days to process and ship.

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at theavenirway@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

You can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags attached with the hygiene sticker intact where applicable.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, swimwear, pet supplies and free gifts and sale items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Lost Packaging

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.

We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your customer that the shipping address was correct. It would also be good to double-check that your customer got in touch with the shipping carrier to try locating the lost order.

Cleaning

Machine wash cold with similar colors, do not bleach, tumble dry low, iron inside out on low-to-medium heat, do not dry clean.
